I need to demonstrate excellent and confident practical retail skills

I have an interview on Thursday next week, I am going for a Lecturing job as 'Lecturer of business Studies' as part of my interview I have to do a 15 minute miniature lesson on "Demonstrate excellent and confident practical retail skills covering a range of different situations. Please help and advise.

One situation you could demonstrate is an unhappy customer. How you need to treat them with respect, even the ones that nothing makes them happy, and once that customer leaves, your anger for the situation also has to leave. Hope that helps.
