Do you practice relaxation techniques? It is good for our body and mind to relax at times. It saves the energy we will use for a hard day out. Completely losing your self from worries and blank mind and focusing on the light you see in your forehead is what i usually do to ease all the tensions. Try to do it. It helps a lot.

Yes,I do. Sometimes I'll do something to relax. But it's different. When it's a physical labour day ,I would to be sit in the sofa to read books whiling dringking something. When it's a mental labour day, I would like to clean the house. It's has two advantages.Firstly, the house will be clean.Secondly, housework makes you exercise each part of your body, doesn't it?

Physical exercise is different from doing house chores. But it is of great help if you do relax your mind after a hard day of work..

I have tried this relaxation technique. Its emptying one's mind, it works for me for a while. The problem is it does emptying my mind and my heart too. I feel empty, no 'fire' in me, I am just have no power to move, numb. (Lucky something else works for me.) But, if this relaxation technique works for any of you then I am happy. I wish you good luck!

First step is clear your mind. Do not think of anything. Just focus on the light you see when you close your eyes.
