i have been a leader for ten years now,and i love it. knowing that i am teaching young people skills and responsabilities, is so rewearding.1 in 75 children that have been in scouting as a child usaully end up volunteering as an adult or look for some kind of work that uses the skills they have learned

Well thats just great. Im glad you enjoy working with kids. I am looking into getting my son into scouts very soon. Keep helping those kids enjoy life.
