How do you deal with irritating people?

They are those that keeps bugging you with lots of questions. They can't stop, they dont make sense someimes, they don't think first before they speak.

yes this is worse problems of my life because there is no solution of this problem but I will try my best to deal with this situation by remain calm and avoiding them at the time of speaking.
