when you listen to music , do you like to rock out with it really loud?

I have never like my music loud. Not even as a teenager. I definately don't like it loud now.

I cant see as good as I use to but so far I can hear pretty good....but I dont see how how they can boom it in the cars and not burst their ear drums....

Earforeman, you know for me it really depends on my mood. If I have company and I am listening to conversation I like it quieter, if I am cleaning house and I am alone I crank the stereo up and jam. If I have had a bad day, or I am in a terrible mood and want to block out the rest of the world I still love to put my head phones on, turn up the volume and listen to Pink Floyd. Nothing puts me in a better mood than losing myself to my music and a game of spades on line.

Hehehe. I was watching the Dixie Chicks on tv last night and kept turning up the volume and my singing voice got louder and louder. Fortunately my grandson slept through my performance!

As I live in a block of flats I have to think about the neighbours so I put on my earphones turn the music up loud and rock away.
Sometimes I forget myself and start singing. My kids will run in and tell me to be quiet as I am so out of tune!!
I tell you, the best way to do the cleaning is listening to my ipod, all my favourite tunes set up and I can clean for hours, with a little jig inbetween!LOL

When I used to listen to rock music like Depeche Mode and bands like that, yes, I would totally rock out in my car driving to work or play on the 5, 57, 55 or 91 freeways in SoCal. I am sure I made a specticle (sp)? of myself. But I loved rocking out. Now, I only listen to mainly talk radio shows and do not rock out anymore.

Most of the time I have my music on ear splittingly loud...that way I don't have to think about anything but the music.
