Is bravenet the cheap website for hosting?

I have joined seversl sites which gives hosting. But i saw bravenet as more pioneer I saw more tools in it. Is this the biggest site? I think this the site where i get cheap web hosting. There are several tools. There is one for chat. One for forums. And many others. Please also tell me it is safe or not. Because i am about to start a site on Bravenet. I will use mylot earnings for it. I thinks any of you may have membership in bravenet. If you hae please answer my question.
I have asked many questions. I can't find answers. My lotting is best than yahooing and orkuting. So please answer my questions. Post as fast as you can thank you.

I also have a website hosted by Bravenet. I think they're very good and have many tools to add onto your website. YOu also need not have to hunt down and install different scripts for various uses on your site. Almost everything is automated on Bravenet and they use an easy WYSIWYG interface which is very user-friendly. I personally recommend them.
