your daughter would possibly go next year but more than likely, the year after next. every school district is different. most say that you have to be 5 by sept 1 or oct 1 to go to school that year. with a birthday in november, she will more than likely have to wait until the year aftershe turns 5 to start. check with your towns school and see what the cut off date is. take it from there then.

It really depends on where you are. My son's school has two kindergartens--junior and senior. He started junior when he was 4 and will be in senior this fall. I recommend you contact your school system and ask them at what age your daughter should start and when she needs to get her immunizations done. Getting everything prepared before she starts will make it a lot easier for her when the time comes. You might also start talking to her about what to expect when she gets there, and see if the school has an orientation that you can both attend so she can see her class and meet her teacher before her first day. That will take a lot of the stress and anxiety of out it for her.

My daughter is 4 and is kust finishing headstart,I believe at 5 is when they go to kindergarden but it all depends on their birthday. You should try calling the school discrit you are in and ask about school programs your child is eliable for, good luck.

Where I am from PA, USA the age for Kindergarden is 5 years old but they have to be 5 by early November. My daughter turned 5 at the end of November so she will be starting at age 6. So really, it's 5 or 6 here.

It really depends on where you live. Her in PA yes they have to be 5. But we have a program called Head Start that they can start in at age 3. Most states have the program maybe you can look into that.

Where my children go to school you have to be 5 before september 1st to go to kindergarten. My oldest started and then turned 6 in january that isnt so bad but my other too 6th bday will be directly after starting one is the 12th of september and the others is the 30th so they will be the older kids in there classes. My 3 year old started head start this year she will have 3 years in head start before kindergarten she ought to be really smart by the time kindergarten rolls around the same will go for my son when he turns 3 he will go and then have 3 years in.

I think that they must turn four by some time is September, or possibly the beginning of October. Most of my children met the cutoff date and started at four, but I two of them had to wait until they were five because their birthdays were after the cutoff date. You can call your local school to be sure.
