What do you think when some stranger looks at you for a long time?

While you are at a public place and find some stranger (perticularly of oppositesex) looks contineously at you for a long time and doesn't even blink; what happens to you? How do you handle that? Will you dare to open a talk? Ignore? Or if suppose this person suddenly comes to you and starts talking then? Any experience?

This happenes rarely with me. In such situation I avoid to stare the opposite. Let him/her waste time for me. If he/she is really interested in me, will come and talk frankly. I am free to talk anywhere with anybody, no matter for me. Such people are having some phychic problem. Needs consultency of Doctor. If I have interest on someone, I talk directly. No intent look on anybody.

Its really fun when this kind of a thing happens to me. If someone stares at me and doesn't even blink his eyes then i just stare him back and with even more passion than he is doing with. But, if someone of the opposite s** is staring at me this way. I would wait for sometime and then just go over and ask what the issue is and the reason for the stare.
