I like to make veggie stir fry, sometimes with cubed tofu in it. It's easy and healthy and my husband loves it too.

I love to make pasta. Carbonara , cheesy pasta and spaghetti.Especially the ready to cook ones with all the inrgredients in a box. I aslo love to make mashed potato, which has to have a gravy,it's a side dish of the cheesy macaroni. Sometimes I make a clubhouse sandwich together with it. My clubhouse sandwich is well stuffed with lettuce ,strips of bacon, tomato, scrambled egg, cheese, and luncheon meat or ham. Almost a heavy snack. It's a sold out snack in our house though it's really fattening.

I am a vegetarian so i cook vegetarian stuff mainly as i know that. i can make some items of egg ALSO but i find it difficult to break. i need my hubby to do that for me. because i love and enjoy cooking so i cook whatever my hubby wants to eat that very moment. soup of either vegetable or any lentil or pulse is compulsory for me. rest all depends on the people choice in our family or what my hubby wants.

This is my favorite recipe. I sometimes make it without the chicken. Great macaroni and cheese! CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 3 c macaroni , uncooked 3 c chicken, cooked & diced 1 c cheddar cheese, grated 1/4 c margarine 1/2 c flour 1-14 1/2 oz can chicken broth 1-10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup 1.Preheat oven to 350*. 2.Cook macaroni according package. 3.Combine cooked macaroni, cheese and diced chicken. 4.In a separate pan, melt butter, add flour to the butter and stir cream of chicken soup into the butter and flour mixture and stir until no lumps remain. 5.Pour soup mixture over the macaroni and mix thoroughly. 6.Put into a greased 9 X 13 pyrex dish, bake for 20 - 30 min until heated through.

I love to cook, but as a student I can only really afford basic foods, so a lot of experimenting goes on in our house. My favourite meal to cook I sort of discovered by accident. I slice up potatoes and carrots and layer them into a glass bowl, I sprinkle sweetcorn and cheese on top and then cover it with gravy so that the gravy goes to the bottom of the bowl. I bake it in the oven for a while and voila! Instant yummy!

I love making red beans and rice. Its comfort food and letting it cook all day long makes it taste even better. In fact thats what I'm making for dinner tomorrow. Its so good and so filling. They are cheap and really easy to make. I always use the fresh beans. The ones in the can don't taste right to me. Come to think of it alot of stuff in the can taste funny to me. Kind of like the can itself. The bad part about beans is that they give you gas but like shrek says better out then in lol.

I love making the stuff I can easily cook, like scrambled eggs or noodles or sandwiches. I love burritos so I love making(and also eating!) em. Sometimes I make pitas. They are easy to make.
