I like any holistic system that can make us healthier in mind and body and spirit. I myself practice Tai Ji, which reminds me that I have to now get off the computer for an hour or so to do a round of it lol. I a learning Yang Family style tai ji and have learned the 108 postures, but now am working on yin and yang principles, open and close and have begun a bit of pushing hands too. This is more to do with the martial side of Tai Ji. It is very interesting, the concept of it as well as practicing it. I think my health would be very bad if I didn't practice this art as I had lots of health problems before beginning tai ji.
