What you need is monster spray!

This time of year my children tend to develop new fears of monsters under the bed and in the closet. We always give that child a small spray bottle of Febreeze and tell her it is monster spray. She can spray all the corners of her bedroom where a monster might hide and gets a good night sleep in a fresh smelling room.

I love this idea (especially using Febreeze). I will try this with my son. Maybe this wil help him stay in his bed all night instead of getting in bed with us in the middle of the night.

I hear you. I had a 2 year old in my bed this morning. She takes up most of a queen sized bed because she sprawls out. *sigh* they are only little for a while. Thanks for your comments and good luck with your little boy.

That is so cute! I just love little monster tales that make their eyes all big and wide.

This is a wonderful idea and wish I had thought of something like this when my son was small. He only had monster problems for a few nights, so he was given a flashlight to turn on whenever he thought there was one. He decided he had cleaned out all the monsters once the batteries ran down. LOL

We tried the flashlight thing but the little stinkers just stayed up all night playing with them!

LOL I did this with my daughter only I just used colored water. She would spray it all over her room and I had to do under the bed and in the closet. It really worked and I was so glad to get her to sleep in her own room!
