Is drinking sofdrinks or caffeine beverages more than water bad???? what are the consequences i face???? how can i solve my caffeine addiction???

definitely yes! as they say, everything should be taken in moderation. don't get me wrong, i love coke but i don't drink the stuff morning, noon and night. i limit my drinking to about one or two a week and i take lots of water. i try to drink at least 8 glasses a day to replace fluid loss. i think the consequences of drinking too much softdrinks is pretty much obvious. weight gain,diabetes,UTI (i think), dull complexion (due to lack of water) etc. to solve the addiction, i think you should replace your intake of softdrinks gradually with water. this will be best for you:)

yeah...just the sugar content alone is bad for you. if you do it a lot the most problems you'll face is weight gain and diabeties in the long run. if you drink cafinated drinks then you may get withdrall symptoms if you stop drinking it. a test my friend did in school. she stopped drinking fountin drink type drinks like sode and fruit punches for a month and without changing anything else...she lost 5lbs!! i thought that was pretty interesting. but drinking soda all the time will harm your body. your body doesn't get enough of what it needs through soda, like hydration. and the amount of sugar in it will just stay in your system, even in diet drinks unless you plan to really burn it off quickly which most people can't do. a way to fix your caffine addiction? tea, non sweetend. tea has caffine in it as well probably the same amount soda does but not as much as coffee. it may not taste that well, but taking out the sugar out of your diet will help your health in the long run. you also should only drink tea maybe 2 tims a day, probably 3 times then reducing it little by little until you don't really need it anymore. also increase you water intake to 10 cups a day which should cleanse your system and also give you the proper energy. also, you should (if your not already) take daily multi viatatims. the best ones are the ones you have to take twice a day which normally have several pills in them. if not that a regular multi viatamin single pill which should help boost your energy leval.

Yes soft drinks are bad for you, not only the caffeine they have in them. but they are loaded with sugar, and other chemicals. Water is the best thing to drink.
