EX- boyfriends, girlfriends or even Ex fiances!!!!!

How would you handle you loved one still been in contact with his or her ex"s? Mine is with a ex fiance but i know they are just friends. But at times it just digs me when she is around. How would you feel and will you let it be, friends that is.....
