Where do all these vindictive little obsessive people come from?

Obsessive vindictive people drive me up the wall. What makes people so vindictive and hate filled? What happens when someone believes that they’ve been victimized and can not accept responsibility for their own actions, they seek revenge on the person who pointed out their fault. Seesh, learn to accept responsibility for your actions, own up to your mistakes and move on. Quit harping and whining about it and don't think you can get even. You did it, be it was a mistake or not! Admit to it and move on. Life is to short to go harping about it. There is never going to be peace with vindictive people. Where do all these vindictive little obsessive people come from?

Totally agreed! There are lots of people like this unfortunatly! It's really too bad -hope these people don't have kids, because they are just going to teach their kids the same thing. And we dont need more kids that can't accept responsibility for their actions.

Nice rant Swtrose! In the end, the vindictive person will pay...maybe not from you or I but everything has a way of working things out. So, I just move on and let be wary of where they are. Until they admit they have a problem or a shortcoming, nothing will change.

So now let me set my neck in the guiliottine for a second and see if the lever gets pul;led. I would venture to guess this whole topic is mylot realted? I have felt the wrath of vindicative people also as of late. It's getting to where this site is no longer as much "fun" as it used to be. Now it's a chore just to find reasonable and legit discussions anymore to respond to. Well I sure hope things turn around for you, myself, and all members here and soon too. Have a great day/evening.

I'm with you, honey. I do not understand why people WANT to carry around anger and hatred and vengeance. Just let it GO! you waste so much energy on that sort of petty garbage. Why let things make you mad? You have the power to be positive and effect your own life. So instead of crying and whining and blaming things on other people, stand up for yourself and CHANGE something. If you don't like something - leave, use something else, go somewhere else, make some new friends, whatever. If something isn't working for you, WHINING won't change it, getting MAD won't change it.

I think they crawled out of the woodwork, from under the rug and outta the sewer about the time mom's had to go to work to keep the family afloat financially, God was outlawed in the name of religious freedom, teachers became prisoners in their schools and parent's were forbidden to discipline their own children.
Our society has become so "sue happy" that we have accepted the idea that somebody else is always to blame and the person to blame owes us something.
