I do not see that many homeless...actually I think I am technically homeless! I had a homeless guy approach me one while I was at a mall...in the restroom..while I was standing at the urinal doing my business...hand taps me on the shoulder, "Can I have a dollar for some food?" ..Oh gee, maybe if you let me finish peeing I might not think you're about to mug me.. I gave him a buck...I would have gave him a whole meal, but he only asked for the dollar and for all I know he was a scam artist..some homelss people rake in a lot of money..tax free.
