What is your favorite form of exercise?

Long walks is my favorite exercise but also use my air glider and ab lounge machine.

pilates - pilates

My best friend does pilates and says it is great and works very well for her. I have never tried yoga but I hear it is great. That is great that you have been doing pilates for over 4 years. :-)

I like using my exercise bike or my gazelle. How do you like the ab loundge machine? My boys want me to get one like that. Does it really work good?

I love my ablounge machine. It does work very well and it is fun. I use it every day. They show you different exercises you can do with it and also includes a diet guide and a video to show you what to do. I definitely trimmed my stomach and waist line.

I walk between 5-10 kilometers daily (3-6 miles). Besides exercise, walking is a great way to have a free mind, which you can take anywhere. A small digression Walking, it has to be, and has been for humans since time immemorial. Humans evolved as hunters, and foragers, these were the activites that brought in food and man had to walk long distances otherwise go hungry. The human brain designed things to make food gathering easier (weapons such as the stick which turned to an arrow and the spear),and then devices, activities, events to keep the human mind busy.

Wow. That is a lot of walking. The only time I get to do any walking is on the weekends now because it is too dark and there are no lights at the parks here.

my favourite body part is obviously heart n i lv training my back and thighs........ i also like sholders and back ,build ur strength in both and rest will follow

My favorite excerise is Bikram Yoga, walking is second place.
