What is your favorite form of exercise?

I love my ablounge machine. It does work very well and it is fun. I use it every day. They show you different exercises you can do with it and also includes a diet guide and a video to show you what to do. I definitely trimmed my stomach and waist line.

I walk between 5-10 kilometers daily (3-6 miles). Besides exercise, walking is a great way to have a free mind, which you can take anywhere. A small digression Walking, it has to be, and has been for humans since time immemorial. Humans evolved as hunters, and foragers, these were the activites that brought in food and man had to walk long distances otherwise go hungry. The human brain designed things to make food gathering easier (weapons such as the stick which turned to an arrow and the spear),and then devices, activities, events to keep the human mind busy.
