Independent life

I definitly prefer an independant home with some kind of land ,i think the satisfaction when you plant something and eat something from that is something else.also in flats you have to live under a set of rules laid down by the flat community and flat owners.i thing theft may be less in flat.but i still pefer independetn house.

I always prefer to stay in an independent house. I do not like to stay in a multistorey building with so many flats. In such an arrangement, you are always dependent on neighbours for something or the other and you are to share many common facilities. And there are so many restrictions like, you can not fix a nail on your own wall, you can not modify/ alter this and you can not do that. In your own house you have privacy and peace. You can modify your house as much and as often as you wish.
