scammed by donkeymails !!!

i joined donkeymails and even reached mt payout level.. but as soon as i reached the payout level donkeymails suspended my account. is there any ways to get the money that i had earned?? i contacted donkeymails, but i didn't get any reply yet. i didn't do anything against their regulations. but then why my account has been deleted.. i never expected this from, donkeymails which is the so called "legitimate site"..

is your money sent via paypal or what? because mine is e-gold and although my money is still small, it can still be withdrawn

I'm long time member of the site and I withdraw with e-gold ans with paypal too.I never faced a problem with the site.always they paid me .I can't understand what happened with your account.I wish you find an answer soon.
