He needs time. And you have to be very clear in your messages to him. Find a spot where he can go do his stuff indoors or outdoors and stick to it. You will learn what signals he gives to you when he needs to go. With time you will know ok, hes going to poop now, pick him up and find the spot. Wait until hes done. It might take some time. Dont give up. He will get your point. You just need to be consistent. Good luck to you :)
