I miss my phone! :(

I posted days ago that my phone needs some fixing. So, I brought my phone to an authorized service center to have it checked last Tuesday. I was told to come back the following day. They told me that they will just reset the phone and/or re-install the software. This means that all data in my phone will be erased. Although that sucks, I had no choice since I really needed my phone to be fixed. I went back to the service center yesterday. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix it. They told me that it may be a hardware problem and that I need to wait for 2-3 weeks to have it repaired. Sigh! Now, I'm missing my phone! I'm back to using my old cellphone in the meantime. Just venting. Thanks!

I know how you feel. I have to go get my phone fixed again but they are giving me a loaner. My phone keeps shutting off and wont stay on. =( Think of it this way at least you have a phone to use still.

The problem with my phone was the battery wasnt touching the contacts on the bottom so it wasnt even charging. But i fixed it temporarily by sticking something near the battery so it had a tight fit. They want to charge me to fix it because of where im at with my contract. Right now i cant afford that. Why is it going to take so long for you phone to be fixed?

i'm not so sure what's wrong with my phone. when i turn it on, the screen looks funny. and then, it turns off by itself. i was told that they may just need to re-install the software. but after they did that, the problem persisted. so now they think it's already a hardware problem. they won't have a feedback for me until after a week. so now, i'm just waiting. hopefully, it gets fixed soon. it was an anniversary present from my husband. i'd hate it if it doesn't get fixed.

Awww, sorry to hear about your mobile, CTV. But isn't there any warranty when you bought your new mobile. I remembered you mentioned it was only a few months old. I suggest you contact the store where you bought the mobile.

Sorry to hear about your husband's lost mobile. My mobile was stolen last year and it was only a month old. There are many crazies lurking around nowadays. I'm suggesting that you demand a new replacement of your mobile since it is covered by warranty. From the way you described the problem with your mobile, its quite obvious that the mobile you purchased was defective.
