How do you sneak in excercise every day?

I try to do squats as I fold clothes coming out of the dryer and lunges as I sweep. Another trick I use is standing instead of sitting whenever possible. Do you have any other tricks I can use?

I am currently learning how to economise with my energy: I am to sit whenever possible and simplify everything so i do not waste energy.I am to relax my muscles whenever possible - maybe you could try to crunch your stomach and other big muscles when you sit or lie down? I am also to make small movements and go as streight as I can. Maybe you vould try enlarging every movement, and take detours? I know it is really helpful to walk everywhere instead of driving. You could get off the bus or tram one stop before you are supposed to. dansing is very good excercise. If I was you I'd sing and danse every chance I got. Maybe you could get an excercise bike and use it whenever you watch tv?

Yep this is basically my theory on thewhole topic, I just didn't have a "label" for it, thanks. "exaggerating every movement". I would walk every where too, but we live in the middle of the woods on a dirt raod hill and in the center of a farm! talk about seclusion! I like the dancing idea though! Thank you.

sometimes while watching a movie with the kids I will do some situps, I also do things with the kids to work out, my son likes the airplane, you know where you lie back on the floor and hold them up with your arms and legs, and I move him back and forth, it is really a good work out for your arms, legs, back and stomach!

Oh I love it! Thanks, I used to do this with my oldest, (she's now 15) I forgot. It's a great way to keep tabs on the toddler while trying to excersise!
