auction car

I bought my car at an auction and later we found blood traces on the seat in between where it is folded down. Weird, maybe we thought it was put up for auction because someone was killed in it, all of a sudden I felt a little different about it is that weird? Of course we'll never know where it came from, but we cleaned it and disinfected it, but it seems a little creepy.

That's extrememly creepy! You could always use the VIN # to get a carfax report and see what turns up. If it was involved in an accident that would show up and it would be good for you to know how badly your car was damaged in the past. The other possiblity is that it could have been involved in a crime and that would make me nervous. I watch those cold case shows where they track down crimes from years ago and I'd alway be worried that they'd trace something to my car and I'd get mixed up in the investigation. No matter how much you've cleaned and disinfected it's nearly impossible to get rid of all traces of blood. Even if you can't see it anymore it's still there.
I don't think it's weird for you to feel a little different about the car, I know that's how I would feel if I found something like that in my car. The worst thing I ever found (also an auction car) was a racy picture and letter from a 15 year old girl to her much older "boyfriend"!

Your car, it's not a Plymouth Fury from the film Christine is it? Sorry to jest! The bloke or lass before probably had a nose bleed or something, there does that make you feel better. Does seem creepy admittedly but try and put that thought out of your mind, I hope you get many years of enjoyment from your new car.

Yea, I have put it out of my mind, in fact I havent thought about it in a while, but It did creep me out the day he found it...I was thinking about doing that carfax report the other person suggested, that should ease my mind a little....I hope! =)
