facility, and outside the facility near groom Lake in Nevada. That isn't to say we haven't seen strange happenings all the way to Ogden Utah!
However, just fishing around the web, and on several channels, those who even think they can get "near" area 51 are chased down by special helicopters to keep the general public away from their secrets. so, what are they really trying to hide?
A few say they are harboring aliens, and still others believe they just have top secret craft there, and still others insist that indeed all the above is true, including a secret underground! what do you think?

Humm, you know I would really love to know the answer to that one. I think the goverment should have to give a general idea whats in there. I just dont think they should be allowed to have such big secrets from the citizens.
On one hand it seems like they sure do have alot of security to just have some high tech air planes in there. On the other hand, the previous answer made alot of sence to me too. If they was hideing something like an alien then it looks like they would want them in a more secreat place then the famouse Area 51. We may never know for sure.

well, we certainly won't know, unless we start demanding some answers. since our tax dollars go to fund someone to shoot and kill others on sight just to view it, then I'd say let's see where our tax dollars are going! it has been over 50 years now. what is the big secret?

I'd like to believe it's just a secret military R&D site and that they chase away visitors because they might leak information to enemies, but the alien thing is just so possible, especially after seeing certain documents that have been made available on the net.

Personally I think it's just a facade now. At one time it might have held something but now I think it's there to draw the ones looking for such activities. If there is a spot for harboring aliens, secret crafts or what have you it's well hidden someplace else. Area 51 is just kept there for people to speculate about.

I would love to know what they have hidden down there, probably high tech technology that we are not aware of yet, remember the stealth planes, they denied them for a long time. I think most of the Unidentified Flying Objects that we see flying about comes from Area 51, probably not Alien Martians flying them just the good old military.
