Had been very busy with works in the office and home. For the last 2 weeks I had accompanied my sis for her checkup and found out from the doctor on her condition. Her weight had been decreasing likewise her blood count. Hearing this already cause much stress emotionally. Plus the waiting time at the hospital is so long that it helps to promote stress physically. Next Thursday will be a public holiday here in Singapore, I had applied leave for Friday so that I can go for some short trip. But then till today, no tentative plan had been confirmed. I'm stressed out over this too... Yesterday, it seem it reached the pick, I felt very nausea in the morning, force myself to take lunch in which all were thrown out. After all that, I'm still having giddiness and neck strain. HELP! What should I do.

It sounds to me like you need some time off work to get away from it all Aidah. You are letting things get on top of you. Take some time out and go away, even it it's only for the weekend. You need some time just for YOU.

Thanks Abbey. I had been giving myself a good rest, a good crooning at karaoke session, a cooking therapy with new recipes, a facial over the long weekend holiday and a shopping therapy. Now I'm more freshed and bouncing back to myLOT. Hope that tomorrow checkup won't be so bad and long.

Atta girl Aidah! You have done a lot of things over the weekend, and spoilt yourself, just doing things for YOU for a change, instead of other people. I hope you are feeling de-stressed now. We should all take some time out for ourselves from time to time - I think as women, we need it. We always seem to be running round doing things for everybody else except ourselves. Good on ya!

I'm sorry you're going through all that. Sounds like you need a little break, maybe a nice massage even. I'll say a prayer for you and your sister. Hugs!

Thank you for your concern. I had some break over the weeks and felt so much better now. Thanks for your prayer too. Hopefully, her check up tomorrow wont give me another stress.
