So much to do, so little time

I only get one day at home a week at the moment, and I have so much to do I can't think where to start. I'm just having a quick cup of tea and posting here whilst I try to get my head straight, but I still can't think how to prioritise my jobs for today. The worst thing is, I know I have more to do than I can possibly get done, and its all stuff that really needs doing. Aaargh. Anyone else feeling like this? Got any advice?

Things to do would seem be overwhelming but once you've started and finished them off one by one you would see how easy and fast you have accomplished through each of them. Good luck and have a happy Memorial Day! At least you have one more day to finish all your tasks.

It's a long weekend so you have an extra day to work things out. Just prioritize the most important to the lesser ones and work on them with your with your whole attention. You'll see how time flies by and you won't even notice that you've done all of them. Happy holidays!

All that time. ha ha The way I look at it, which job will impact something in a negative way if I do not get it done? Such as, laundry. If I don't get the laundry done by Sunday, then I know the kids will not have clean clothes for Monday. But is it an issue to me Friday? Nope. I know I have two more days to get it done, so if it is not completed, I have nothing to worry about. Yard work, I like to get done on Saturday. This way I have the children to help where they can but Sunday is too late because I have to get the laundry done. ha ha It is a horrible horrible cycle. ha ha But that is how I look at what needs to be done first.

Life is crazy right now for me too. Seems there is never enough time to do anything that I want. I feel so much pressure to keep up with my chores and it is hard to do anything that is not necessary. I am going bonkers. I need some "me" time desparately. I know how you feel. You are not alone but I dont have any adivce.

That's been my life for many years....being that I'm a Renaissance person and involved with a bit of everything, I'm the type of person who needs about 60 hours in a day to accomplish everything I want to do..my ideal day would consist of doing my crafts projects, writing, photo-related work and painting everyday...and then there are the everyday cleaning chores...like you whenever I especially have a lot of cleaning chores I want to do I literally stand in the middle of the living room trying to figure out what should I do first..of course once I get going and started no problem..it's the starting that can be hard!!

Just do the most important things first and maybe those with little time to spend for. So you can take time to do the other things you have to do.
