Hands meaning work-oriented, tongues meaning only talk, talkative etc. I firmly believe in hands.

I also firmly believe in hands. I believe in hard work. We cant achieve anything by just mere talking. Talking with out working is like boasting. I am a person who talks a lot because I am born communicative but not talkative. Although I make sure that the more I talk, I work as much also.

I think actions speak louder than words so I am a hands on person. anyone can sit there and talk like they mean something but if they take action they are a true person. this is what I think.

There are basic workers who should not be indulging in using their tongues which may spoil the job. There are jobs which requires only tongue (salesman), front desk officers etc. So depending on the type of work, one should be work oriented to do the job and one should be talk oriented for their job.

Here the tongue is referred to talkative persons who cannot deliver the goods.
