what does your husband/wife make you feel happy?

I feel very happy when my husband: -stare at our sons and have the biggest smile on his face. -ask us "Have I told you lately"?

i like when my hubby brings me home something, whether it's flowers, candy, ice cream, anything unexpectedly. it doesn't happen often though.

My husband and my son went shopping and I stayed at home. I wasn't feeling real well. They came home and were talking and my husband didn't say a lot to me. When I got up the next morning and got into the car to go to work there was this small stuffed lion sitting ontop of the dash board. I smiled very big and appreciated the fact that he thought about me when he and my son were out. It wasn't my birthday or any special occassion. That meant a whole lot to me and it is in a special place in my hutch. I had a very big smile on my face when I went to work.

Looks like you are not too materialistic - which is good. :P It is nice of you to appreciate simple gestures from your husband.

I was thrilled when my husband, for the first time in 6 yrs, remembered me on Valentines day...he got me a new can opener....believe me I was thrilled cause we were getting ready to move and my old one was pretty grubby but then again, it was over 20 yrs old...
