When you sell you house, will you sell it yourself or leave it for the Estate Agent to do the job for you? Why?

Even if the estate agents charge a lot of money I think I would use one. Everyone around here does. I think I would be a little scared myself to buy a property that was not sold through an agent. It just feels safer. You know that the contract is ok, and you know that the owner has insurance if something were to go wrong.

It is better safe than sorry, especially house involved a large amount of money. Thanks for sharing your view.

I live in an area where houses sell very fast. Here it never was a problem to sell a house. If I would sell my house I would sell it myself. But I like to live here and I will stay here. I live already far more than 20 years in my home and have no plans of selling.

It sounds you are still happy with you house and the place where you live. Good for you!
