Loving yourself is something that's important, right? But why is it too hard for me to love myself and cherish my life? I have anemia and i undergo blood transfusion almost every month..yet i continue to sleep late and is always in front of my computer surfing the net, i even forget to drink my medicines sometimes... what do you suggest so i can learn how to love myself and cherish my life?

Trying to break the shackles of life??? Want to get into the bright side of your life??? Then come out of your home and try to chill out somewhere with your friends. Leave the net for some days and go for a vacation. Basically i am trying to say that you try getting into the outer world rather than sitting in your room and trying to be content within yourself. You need a dynamic change in your life i guess. I think pharmacy studies is taking up into your mind...lol...i say now its time for you to relax. Talk to your parents and friends very often .

If you start thinking that taking care of yourself would improve your health and efficiency, I am sure you would start following it also. You have to take care of yourself and you have to love yourself for this. If you do not take care of your health and yourself, then you would be able to spend less time on the Internet. Would you like it? We all have to love ourselves to tale care of ourselves and our health. To take care of forgetting, use clock alarms to remind you of time when you have to take medicine. Remember, we have to have positive thinking and attitude in life to keep good health. You should not give up. Medical science is advancing and some day there may be some cure or medication that may not require blood transfusion. All myLotians want and insist that you take care of your health and cherish life.

hmmm...here's my advice: know your talents. know your positive sides. improve your flaws. use your talents. then if you have accomplished something through your talents, you will learn to love yourself. but you must not justify your plus points but accept and give compliments instead. if you learn how to love yourself, you would learn to love others co'z you wouldn't make an effort for them to love you just because you don't love yourself...

It's so hard to imagine someone like you to be sick because you're so lively on the net. Going back to your question, think of all the happiness that you are experiencing when you are surfing the net or just doing the things that you love do to. Then think of things that you love to do but cannot do anymore because your sick. Isn' that terrible? Help yourself that's where it all starts and pray. Remember that God helps those who help themselves. Medicine can make you feel better, but it's only God that can heal you. Pray, pray like you've never prayed before, He answers.

Have FAITH and STRENGTH Kharen. Thats what God would say to you if you asked him. HOw do I know? Perhaps thats what I do too when I feel down and sickly and lonely ...but I cannot compare my situation with yours. Faith and strength will build you up from the inside and sooner or later you will not feel any different from someone you are chatting with on the other side of this planet.

I decided that there is no way to make everything okay, no matter who you are. It is true that some people have more difficulties than others in a technical sense, but everyone must create a life for him or herself. Always remember that your life is only as great as you make it. Having anemia doesn't have to hold you back from doing the things you love. You may not even know what you love and that could even be discouraging. You can give yourself an attitude that will allow you to embrace that face instead of letting it discourage you. Finding out what your interests are and what you love the most can be more fun than you ever imagined. All you have to do is go out and live! Do random spontaneous things that you've never done before and you may run into something you never knew existed. I don't know if you've ever seen fight club, but one of my favorite parts is the discussion of single serving friends. It may not seem like it, but I've found that going out and making random friends can actually make you quite happy. Sometimes is gets lasting friendships, sometimes it doesn't; but it makes you feel good. So this is getting lengthy but I guess what I'm trying to say is that you just have to let things happen as they will and embrace each and every moment, rather than wait for something to happen. Take advantage of everything. Live your life!
