They say everyone has a double

Have you ever had anyone mistake you for another person and be told you are thie double.A few years ago when my son was only about 2yrs old i was going to visit my sister,when i got off the train i had just missed the bus so i decided to catch a taxi. When i got into the taxithe driver asked if i had forgotten something,i asked him what he meant and he told me he thought i had just got out of his taxi to catch the train and as i wa back he thought i must have forgotten something.I told him i had just got of the train and it was not me who was in his taxi before and he wouldn't believe me.finally he said well as i was going to a different place it musn'thave been me in his car before.he told me i was the image of the lady bfore me and she was waring the same colour as me and had a little boy around the same age. It was a bit spooky and i wished i could have seen her for myself.
My daughter went into a shop on day and thought she was looking into a mirror ,there was a girl in the shop who looked identical to her ,she said when she realised that it wasn't a mirror she felt sick it was such a shock.Her husband and children were amazed and her kids said that they would have easily gone with her thinking it was their mum.Have you ever had any similar experiences

LOL it's realyl scary that kind of stuff. I once met a gyt at a party who looked just like I did at his age, but I was a few years older than him so it wasn't that scary, at least he had no idea of knowing.

No I have not had that experience but I have had one where somebody thought they had met me in Florida and apparently this Person looked exactly like me lol
It took me a long time to convince this Person that I had never been to Florida lol I wish

I have been told off by friends quite a few times for not waving to them when I have been out driving.
My 'doppelganger' was in the same sort of car I drive, was wearing the same type of clothes and everything.
When I tried to tell them that it was not me, and I was in a different part of town at the time, they were hard pressed to belive me, and I had to prove it by calling a friend, and asking - without leading them - where I had been for the last hour.
It was only then that my other friends believed that it was not me in the car.
This has happened in the three states in which I have lived, so I either have someone who follows me around, or I have 3 'doppelgangers'.

Now that is a little bit spooky for you rosebug. No I do not have a double anywhere as far as I know, at least not here in Australia. My nephew went overseas a couple of years ago and met some relatives who live elsewhere in the world. He said that he could see the family resemblance between all of them and us, but nobody looked like anyone person. It was more that we had bits and pieces the same as others in the family.
One day I was driving along the highway and saw a car excatly the same as my partner's sister drives. When I passed the car I noticed that the passenger looked a lot like her too. At the next stop they pulled in and got quite a shock as this woman was a twin of my partner's sister. Now I knew it wasn't her because I had been talking to my partner on the phone and her sister had just arrived at our place. At the time I was about 800km from our home, so phoned my partner to tell her. She hardly believed me till I told her about the car and by this time I had the rego number. The rego numbers were almost identical too, except the last two numbers were reversed but the cars were exactly the same in age, condition and so on.

I also have similar experience,but not so strange as yours,because the person is not the same as me completely.In fact I never see the person which everyone claims that she looks like me.There is also a celebrity who is considered that we look the same and I also agree with their opinion.Nevertheless,I don't think everyone has a double.At most,the two person are similar to each other.That's just coincidence.
