Do you drink alcohol? When? With whom?

Well, I know there are a lot of people that drink a lot of alcohol, well I just wanted to tell you I'm taking this medicine where I can't drink alcohol (beer, wine, liqu.or for example). I don't mind at all because I hardly ever drink. In fact, I probably drink about once every two weeks or some, one beer and that's it.
So do you drink alcohol? When do you drink? With friends? Solo? With or without food? At home, the club or the bar?
Would you be sad if you couldn't drink any alcohol because of the medicine you are taking?
Actually, I was drinking alcohol for medicinal purposes because I keep reading in these health magazines that it can be good for your heart (one serving that is!), but now I am not drinking. At least this medicine is short term ;).

i used to drink alot.mix all drinks when i visit my hoilday home....them throw up....now my capacity has reduced like crazy ( good lord-THANX !!!)
so i prefer a lime cordial or some fruit juice

wow, i envy your capacity.........its nice to know that u wish to curb your limits, thats good.

Yup, when I was in Spain I drank about four litres, that was through about an 12 hour period. It was crazy, but I did it. I wasn't really drunk too bad because it was over a long period, I didn't have a head ache nor vomiting the next day. I was drinking water in between as I was drinking as well. Have a nice day.

VERY rarely do I drink. If I do it's probably one margarita once every 6 months or so, but i've been pregnant so often lately, that it hasn't even been that often, and nor do I care. lol. My hubby is on meds and can't drink either, but his are long term, so that's fine, neither of us drink, haha.

Cool, yummy! I love to have a good margarita once in a while. Well, I CAN drink a lot, but I choose not to because I don't think it's good for your health to over-drink. Luckily, the medicine I am taking will not be too long and then I can drink about every few months like I did. Now, I won't be doing that at all ;).

Cool, yea the first time I really started drinking it was when I was twenty-one. Before I had a few drinks that my parents allowed me (during special occasions). My friends know that I don't drink too much anyway.
