I believe stress has caused my hypertension. I have had the usual tests to find out why my blood pressure is so high and none can be found (nothing physical). I am a highly strung person who worries a great deal (mostly about nothing and everything). So, I believe that the stress I cause myself is why I am have very high blood pressure. The thing I have to do now, is find out how the heck I stop worrying and stressing about everything instead of soley relying on medication to regulate my BP.

my friend in highschool told me that she got her diabetis when she have fallen from a second deck when we are sleeping in the dormitory before. She is a very health conscious girl but she didn't expected to have that kinda disease. The doctor told her that some of the veins going to her pancreas cannot sustain enough nutrients because her veins was gripped by some of her bones..that's pretty awful..

Maybe it's in her genes. Does it run in her family? Poor kid. Does she have to inject herself or is her diabtes controlled by diet. Either way, it would be very worrying.

Stress is overloading the mind with multiple thoughts or pressures, that the mind or brain cannot able to withstand..so we burst out in anxiety and tension.

Laughter is best medicine to all disease so as the stress. It will through the pressure in mind and lightens it and feel happy.
