Stress is a fearful problem in our society that occrs due to depreesion but stress is a part of existence and it can be overcome..coping with stress is an integral part of our health system....but hav u people faced stersses in your life????how do u contrl stress???du u think some amount of stresses is neccesary in life???????can u tell me few causes of stress so that i can avoid them.plzz suggest me how can i get rid of the factors of stresses..

stress generaly occurs from depression,frustrations,conflict and pressures from the enviorment..nicely said that stress is part of existance in evry ones life but without stress life wud be very dull and without challenge..few ways to control stress may be 1)to make a chek list of the common symtoms of stress which we sud try to overcome 2)having simple phisical exercises on regular basis 3)meditation and concentration exercises (ie exercise for mind) 4)food sleep and work habbits sud be modulated 5)hobbies and diversions r also heloful or taking part in social and community activities..if askes then definitely i wud answer that i become stressed in exam times and try to get free from the deppression by meditating..

I have undergone treatment to overcome stress.I ate about six tablets a day.Thats a serious stress problem for me. But stress has become a part of everyones life today. My doctor advises me to have a morning walk and some exercises such as stretches, meditations, yoga, listening to music and doing ones favorite thing. So you too can follow them.

six to eight tablets a day??then u r extremely stressed i think..its suggested to overcome stress by meditation doing yogas..but taking high doses of medicines is realy another cause of stress for your doctor..lolz

Stress can control your life the same as depression can. I have a lot of stress in my life right now and I think that I could eliminate alot of it if I would change jobs. I do have a lot of responsibilities right now and I don't mind being busy but I feel it and I start to feel pressured and I begin to yell at the kids and the husband and I complain alot and I am not sure why. It always ends up that my husband and I end up in a huge fight over something small and it is usally because I am mad about something totally different than what we have fought about. Plus, I am very stubborn and that makes him mad as I have to have things my way when we fight.Later on, I regret it and I know that I was wrong but I can't seem to help it. The littlest things make me so mad!!!

stress plays a major part f my life but it makes my will a little stronger because of it, but to handle stress and depression write about it, and do things to get your mind off it, go run, jog, play video games anything fun, but if you cant get it off your mind right about it, usualy then its gone then you can dispose of or keep your writings accordinagly incase you even wanna read them again
