everytime you eat, make sure you don't think your drink right away after you finish your meal.. drink should only be taken in about 30mins after you finish ur meal.. this is kinda hurtful, but yet really works.. =) try it!

I started doing this a while ago and found that the weight watchers points system works well for me. Although I go to meetings it would be easy enough to do if you can get hold of books with the values. I have a file of recipes sent to me by a friend, I haven't tried most of them but they look ok. I'd be happy to forward you a copy if you feel you could trust me with an email address. If that's ok I suggest you send it to me by private message and I'll delete it once I've sent the file. Good luck with your goal.

No problem. I'd post them on here, but it would take a long time and use a lot of room.

For me it was about portion control (eat less) and also eating less refined carbohydrates (white bread, cookies and biscuits, sugar). Never eat a meal without some kind of (lean) protein (meat, fish) and preferably with green vegetables (lettuce, green beans, spinach, etc) Avoid too much white foods (exception - cabbage) BUT also allow yourself a treat now and then. If you eat very strictly you will most likely fall off the wagon and pig out on chocolate, ice cream cakes, chips, pizza etc. Good luck!

There is a website www.sparkpeople.com that's really good for if you're trying to lose weight. You can join it for free, and they come up with a personalized plan for you based on your goals and the foods you like and stuff. It will tell you how many calories you should be eating each day and how many you need to burn each day, and then you can enter in what you've eaten and your exercises and it'll calculate everything for you. There are also a lot of message boards where you can talk to other members for motivation and everything, and they send out motivating emails with tips and things. It's a really good site and it's all free! :) Good luck!!
