Do u have the habit of learning new words?

Do you have the habit of learning new words everyday? I do it generally. I have got a very nice Word Book by Reader's Digest from which I try to learn new words everyday. On weekends I end up learning many pages from it. How many of you enjoy it?

sometimes.. but i often end up forgetting those words since i dont see or use them very much.. but its a loss if braincells are not used, that is why im enjoying to learning a new language right now. :P
