When taking a shower, cold or warm water?

I prefer to have a cold water bath unless the weather is very cold in which case I would go for a hot water bath. Hot water bath may seem to give some comfort immediately after the bath but subsequently, more often than not, it leaves its own bad effects.

I shower with warm water, unless I've just been doing some exercise and am feeling really hot, in which case I'll cool off with a cold (or cold-warm) shower. Although I have to say I really hate it when coming right out of a warm shower, and the cold air outside engulfs you, especially in winter. I thought cold showers were better for the skin, someone told me hot showers made your skin dry...

In winter, I love very hot water shower, it makes me feel very cozy cozy.......and in summer at least lukewarm water for shower.......not cold shower at all brrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....I don't like to be cold at all,,,,,,,,,I am hot and I like hot...........lol

I usually have cold water specially in summers.In winter if it is too cold then sometimes i do take hot water & mix it with cold water to make it lukewarm & comfortable.

no i use the worm water i try to use the cold water in hot days but i can not stand it. the worm is make me more relax but the cold is not for me. i am not cold bloded person like you ............ good luck

warm showers to wash myself and take a real shower, but I love a cold shower when it's the middle of summer and I'm sooo hott. I also take a cold shower once in a while if I'm really tired and it's early and basically need a kick in the head to wake me up lol, especially since I don't drink caffeine. lol

I like warm water. As hot as I can stand it. A bathroom full of steam and I run out all the hot water. I love a hot shower. I never want to get out.

I prefer using warm water when taking a shower even if I feel very hot. Bathing in cold water is just not for me:)

I always shower with cold water in the morning. It wakes me up really well and I appreciate it most on hot summer days when all people ever want is a cold bath to freshen them up. I read somewhere that cold showers are best to promote blood circulation. Warm showers are best in the evening before sleeping because it makes me feel sleepy. It goes well with warm milk, provided it's not a hot summer night when a cold splash is a must before hitting the sheets. Otherwise, you'll end up tossing and turning in bed until you fall asleep. :)

I prefer warm water because I can't stand cold water running through my body and it makes me shiver.

It's often cold for me!It is refreshing after a cold shower especially after a long warm day!Cold showers just wake you up early in the morning too!
