Those BK/ McDonalds contests

McDonalds has the Monopoly game every year, but we don't win anything big. We usually get a lot of the instant win stuff, the free food and such, but nothing major like any of the bigger prizes. I am sure there's a way to look up winners, I just usually don't have the time to go searching, nor do I really care. I can get a few good meals out of it, but that's the most I've ever really won.

I have never heard either. It makes you wonder doesn't it.

No I have not ever heard of anyone actually winning any of those type contests. Just like Publisher's Clearing House, never had anyone in my state win that I know of. HGTV had a big dream house giveaway, but the night it actually happened the guy who won just so happened to be prepared to win. I thought it was a big put on. I just don't trust those gimmicky promotions, too many strings attatched.

I have read about people winning those contests but I don't put too much faith in me being one of the winners ever. But I ahve never personally known anyone to win a big amount of money fro those types of contests. I have won $1000 once on a scratch lottery ticket when I lived in Illinois about 10 years ago. Wish i could win the million paid over 30 years, I wouldn't have a worry in the world, well at least money wise lol.

I dont know if we have BK in Philippines...but i know that Mcdonalds really give out the said prizes on their contests. any contest that has DTI permit means they really need to pay out/give out the said prizes for their contests.
