Do you want a yacht or a beautiful house?

If the yacht and house have the same value, which do you want? The yacht or a beautiful house? I prefer to have a beautiful house. As I seldom have a chance to go to the sea:)

A would rather have a house. I am petrified of the water so I would never be able to go on the yacht.

I have a phobia of the sea especially after the tsunami disaster. I will prefer a beautiful house.

A beautiful house! i never liked staying long at sea except when i have to travel... I hate it when it gets dark and your in the middle of the ocean and there's no land at view, it really scares me...
