What will happen if I post a discussion in a wrong catagory by mistake?

Do you know how can I move the discussion if I post it in a wrong catagory by mistake? I have done one. Actually I wanted to write about recipes in the Life section but I posted in Make Extra Money section ( may be always thinking about making extra money!!!! Just Kidding). Now when I see the post I feel very bad as it is not matching to that catagory. But there is no way to remove that discussion from there or move that one from there to here. Do you have any such experience? How did you do then? Thanks

If you really wish to have it removed, write to Mylot Admin, and they'll remove it for you, as they did mine, but I would suggest you take a copy of it first, for reposting into the category you would like it to be in. It doesn't really matter anyway, unless people look at your category, and I don't think a lot do, so it's really up to you whether you have it removed and repost it.

Thanks for your comment. As I am not in a stage to copy and paste thing here as it requires some minimum rating, so I cant do it. Thats why when I write somthing and bychance it gets removed before posting I get upset a lot. I just miss all my writing. If it doesnt matter then its fine. I am not going to do anything. I think I wont get any response to that post as nobody will read it in a irrelevent section. Thanks

You're welcome. I would think it's much easier to leave it as it is anyway. You see a lot of discussions in the wrong category in here, because people forget to change categories from the last discussion, when they post. Have a good day.

You might not get as many responses if it is in the wrong category or someone might give you some smart a--ed, rude and totally unnecessary reply. Other than minor consequences, you don't have anything to worry about. I'm sure mylot wouldn't come down on you for that.....
