I have credit card.I think do not accept credit cards from people from other country. If credit card accepted then they will charge 5% surcharge from creditcard company will be added.Since when u vist other countries its better to prefer cash payments either by checks or transfer.Anyway friend be careful about creditcards usage, when u visit other countries.Credit card acceptence is possible..in some places but they charge extra amount from ur card.

I used my visa many times outside my country and they never charged me extra!!! Plus, I think that could actually be illegal!

1) Call your credit card company and ask: a) can I use my credit card in other countries? b) what is the foreign credit card fee? c) I will be going to X (country) from A to B (dates), can you please authorize that I can use my card in these places? So: the answer is you need to call your company. Since your card is a visa you will probably be able to. Depending on the company they charge a foreign credit card fee of 1 to 5 percent. I know that because I went to Spain and I noticed on my bill that the company charged me an extra fee. It was annoying, but it was okay because I had already known about it. You will have to call your credit card company because if you try to charge in another country they will deny the charges. They may think someone has stolen your credit card, so you need to tell them the place(s) you are going and the dates as well. Have a nice day. Pablo

I think it will depends on the type of credit card you have. Check with your credit card customer service regarding it's limitation of use. There are credit card companies which are not available in other country thus exempt you from using it. Better check with your customer service. For assurance that your credit can be used outside the country, use visa card which is most often can use for international use.

I don't really know... I guess it depends on the bank you have the account in (if it's recognized abroad) and the card's type (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

If it is an international credit card, then yes you can but if it is one on a Chinese bank, probably not all places will accept it. Credit cards like visa, mastercard, american express, diner club are all accepted world wide. so, if you go outside of China then you would be able to use your credit card it is is one of these. You might get changed a conversion fee but that is all. My nephew has been travelling for a while and he is using his credit card overseas. I know this because his parents were saying how he hadn't spend much on it so far. While he is away the bill/statement goes to his parent's address.

If your credit card is issued by your bank under VISA or MASTERCARD, then it can be used anywhere in the world at places that accept VISA and MASTERCARD. If you card is under a different logo, then I am not sure about that my friend.
