I was noticing there are so many cars on the roads today. It seems everybody that has a drivers license has a car. We have 4 drivers in our house and we all have a car. How many drivers and cars do you have living in your same home?

hi there. we have three drivers in the house but we have 4 cars. yep, that's right, 4 cars. you see, my elder sister works in a company where they issue their employees brand new cars every 5 years so i guess my sister just finished her 5 years with the company, so she received a brand new car again for her 6th year stay in the company. i have got to learn how to drive! a car is waiting for me! lolz. :)

Now that is really super neat having a car waiting for you to learn how to drive it. And, what a great job she has to get a new car every 5 years.

Sherry We don't drive cars LOL We (my hubby and I) both have pickup trucks. He needs his for contracting business and I need mine just because We also have a 5th wheel trailor which we use for vacations. Cheaper than staying at motels and eating out. (at times LOL) When the boys all lived at home They each bought, insured and drove their own vehicles We needed a parking lot to get everything parked here. Good thing we have 2 drive ways. Wendy

right now we only have one vehicle. My husband is going on deployment soon and we don't need to get another one. When he comes back we will definitely be getting another vehicle. I am working part time and I need to get too and from work without having to depend upon him to pick me up and drop me off. I feel like a kid when he does that lol.

That would be a big fat 0 neither I or my husband drive. So we take the city bus or walk every where we go.

I think you're lucky. We live in a smaller town and no bus service is available. I wish more public transportation was available because it is getting scary with so many cars on the roads.

We have 2. My husband has his truck and I have my mini-van. My husband also has his motorcycle. My step-daughter turns 16 in November and then we will be looking for a car for her. I am not looking forward to having a teenage driver in the house.

In our house we have 3 drivers and 1 vehicle (running) our 18 year old son is working on rebuilding his Dad's 85 F-150 to drive, but so far he has had no luck in getting it running, now we are just asking if he can put the dash and cosmetic things back together so we can take it to somebody to see what the problem is, but at this rate he will be 30 before he is done. I have a driver's license but hate to drive and have not had a car since 2002 when I lived in the downtown Philadelphia, my boyfriend keeps asking me if I am going to get one, but I am going to wait until I have no choice since I am not a fan of cars or driving.

We only have 2 licensed drivers and 2 vehicles. I have an Oldsmobile Bravado and my husband has a one ton Ford pick up truck which is used primarily for hauling feed and work supplies when doing things around the house.

We have 2 drivers and 2 cars. My car is a clunker. It has tranny and oil leaks so I only drive to town and back. DH wants to downgrade to a smaller car to save on gas. We can't right now but we're looking at getting a smaller one at the beginning of 2008.

In our house, we have only one car. My three sons who are already professionals have their own drivers licenses like me. They are all still unmarried saving and enjoying their earnings. But instead of cars, they have their own motorbikes which they use to go to their place of work. I am the one who uses our car or jeep. It is a suzuki samurai suv.

well unfortunately we only have one to share. but it's just me, my hubby and our 3 year old! BUT it would be nice to have a second car at times, so instead of my hubby trashing our family car, he could have a work vehicle and TRASH that one lol!! but you're right. i visit my parents in the house i grew up in and the streets are LINED with cars. the neighborhood didn't look like that when i was growing up.

Well right now, there is only one driver, myself. So I have my car. But I have another car sitting in the drive that my daughters boyfriend wrecked, and not drivable at the moment.
