What Causes Flare Ups

My grandad has arthritis and some days he is it really bad pain, he finds that it is only after he eats cheese what about you, what causes you to have a bad days and pain?

There is a school of though that some arthritis is the results of food allergies. It looks like your grandfather is allergic to cheese. I have rheumatoid arthritis. Some Dr claim that gluten in foods should be avoided. Stress is another factor. There also is the though that the weather can cause flare-ups. But I have not found that to the case with myself. I take a number of medications and have not had a flare up in some time. So does your grandfather avoid cheese or does he eat it knowing that he will have a flareup. Sometime I just get tired of having the arthritis control my life.

he avoids cheese to a certain extent but he does still eat cheese for time to time
