DEATH PENALTY: YES OR NO

I think that every state needs to decide whether or not to have it. That way people dont decide hey I want to kill this guy lets go to the next state over and get away with it. It all depends on what the crime is also. Some people need to live with the guilt but stay locked up for life. I think that if you can take someone elses life then why not have your taken from you.
