Does anyone have a Senseo coffee/tea pot? They look pretty nifty and I love a cup of tea several times a day, but the pods seem very expensive. If you have one or know any thing about them such as: Are the pods the only thing that can be used? They seem very expensive? Do you like the Senseo?

We have a Senseo and the coffee is wonderful. The cost of the pods is very expensive. I wish that the price would come down. We do have a discount food store where we buy marked down pods for the coffee maker.

I do have one- I got it free through some internet offer to try them out-- I also got a bunch of pods free- To be honest- I haven't even opened it- I got it for my sig. other and he doesn't want it- He likes to make pots of coffee- not cups- I read somewhere that you can get the pods at Target-- you don't have to get Senseo pods- but you do need to use pods- I see free pod offers alot online- I think I'm going to put my senseo on e-bay or our yard sale- I don't drink coffee- or warm tea.

If you don't use it, you may as well sell it. I like hot tea, so one cup at a time will be great for me. Thanks for the advice about pods at Target

I dont have a senso coffee pot, but bought the coffee bags by accident. I placed one in a large mug and found it really strong so put one in a tea pot and filled it with hot water, boiled it and found it made a nice coffee.

My best friend has got a Senseo coffee maker. She is very proud of her toy. So I get a cup, it is a mug that holds two regular cups whenever I go there. I always had coffee. I do not know how tea tastes. There is various brands or no brands of these coffee pads here now to be had. No brand is cheaper. The coffee tastes delicious, really great. It is pretty strong. The Senseo machine looks very nice, a bit impressive. My friend has a very small kitchen and the machine is bigger than a normal drip machine that holds 10 cups. Senseomachine makes two mugs full of coffee at once. My friend still has the old drip coffee maker sitting on the counter, the counter is pretty cluttered this way. I think she only uses Senseo now. Like I said: The coffee tastes great.
