Is your memory strong, do you remeber many things- good memory power suggestions

I do have a weak memory power I often forget things to keep in my mind so I write in a note pad of feed in my mobil phone. But I am trying to better my memory power any good suggestions.

I think my memory is still pretty good for now. But, it might change as older as I get. Then I am going to have to write things down to remember them.
