Do you like to go to My Best Responses and see who gave you the best response?

I love to go to my best reponses here on mylot and see who/what topic/and my response for the best responses. I was just curious if you like to go and do this also?
Also when you do post a discussion, do you give out your best response pretty quickly or are you one who waits for several day/a week and then rates your best response. Also do you truely rate the best response, or do you pick a friend that has posted on your topic?
Just curious how everyone is picking the best responses.

I choose a best response for the person who gave the best response for most of my discussions. Sometimes the best response comes from my friends. I wait until I get a very good response before I choose the best one. sometimes it takes alot of responses before I can really see what I am looking for in the discussion, whether it is help or an answer. I have seen better responses later though after choosing the best one, but then it is too late. I like to look at my best responses also. I appreciate all of mine also.

Yes I check twice My Best Responses box daily. I thank also to the person who has given my response as best response. Sometime if more comments are not their, we get best response. But in my view, if we are being selected from lot of comments then only it has some value. Otherwise only from 2-3 comments, it has no value. Sometime our friends give us best one without much bothering. It should be judiciously. Only deserved person should be marked at best response.

Yes i do frequently go see who had given me best responses , it is always very encouraging to see people appreciated my hardwork in mylot yea ...

As the saying goes , " Curiosity kills the cat !" , so even I visit it to see how many responses I have. I generally wait till the discussion is left behind . If for a week or so , I get no responses , then I move forward to pick up the bes tresponses.

Actually, 'My Best Responses' is already my sortie in my home page here in mylot so I really see my best responses most of the time. It's just very exciting to see how some people choose your comments as the best.
On deciding the best response in my own discussion, hmmm.. I delay a little bit most of the time but I really choose what for me is the best response.

I have never checked "My Best Responses" before now. I unfortunately didn't have any listed there, but I suppose in time it will happen.

I enjoy going and seeing the discussions I got a best response for. I usually post a "thank you" for the best response too.
On my own discussions, I usually wait 3 or 4 days before I mark a best response. Sometimes it's one of my friends. I mark the one best response, that I really feel is the best response.

i always check out my best responses. i am alway honored when someone thought what i posted was a help to them or was funny and clever. i make sure i give out my best responses in at least a week or so, unless some just nails it right out the box.

I don't always check, but I remember the first time I did, boy was I surprised. I guess I never thought I would have the best response. I am grateful to those who have rated mine best response. I try to keep up with them, but lately I've been on here only when I get an extra minute or two, so I have gotten behind.
