I think the green one is the best.
but I am not sure if I am right, anyway, it is only my feelings about this and I only eat this in green color, and it is cheap than other color ones.
it is taste good and looks good if it is in green color.
I see many other ones with different color just now in mylot here, and I just know it is so many color cauliflowers can be .

The green is actually brocaflour - broccalli and caulflower together ... it's so-so in my opinion. I have seen the orange kind and it looks pretty but I haven't tried it.
