i am so not happy with my neck right now..

oh, that's bad. Ever tried those prickly heat powders? Well, it gets really hot here in Bahrain too, but usually everyone's in their air-conditioned offices, homes or cars so we never really get that problem. But anyway, try to keep your hair tied up and never let it touch your neck, give it room to breathe. Also try using those powders and try not to scratch, it does make it worse. I've never had this problem myself, but I would say don't wear those collar shirts, wear stuff that doesn't go around the neck or touches it, or is too tight. It might look horrible for a few days but it will get better and then you won't need to hide it..
