I also have the experience of artofliving. ive done their basic course and also attend the week long session. now whereever in city is happening relationg to them, i prefer to attend it. my thinking, my attitude towards myself, towards life, is gradually changing. i totally agree that life changing programmes really helps alot. i suggest to introduce even in school level. these programme helps to learn how to cope with day-to-day stress and how to make urself smiling and the environment happy.

I have attended Shri Ravishankars Art of Living Course at his headquarters at Bangalore. Why dont you try Kriya yoga techniques from Yogashram which is at Kinnigoli. DK. Dist?

aish, Its really a nice feeling to hear that sweet voice coming from the other side of the horizon. How are you? well, the answer to your question... nope ive never joined any such programmes. but yes, i have read books that motivate people's life. The best one that I have read so far is "The Monk who sold his Ferari" all the best. do keep in touch. mike the lil smiley devil.

None of the programs I have joined seem to be life changing. 12DailyPro seemed to be for awhile until the stormpay fiasco forced them to gounder
