I am often mistaken to be younger than my true age? Judge for yourself. Does exercising keep you young?

Definitely true. exercising makes your body stronger and healthier and even makes you look younger. Toxins and other body wastes are removed out from the body through sweating or perspiration in the process. According to some health experts, in a mere 20 minutes of exercising per day, you can trade tension for relaxation, reduce stress, and look and feel younger, more youthful. it's better than an anti-aging pill. I subscribe to the idea that 'Physical fitness promotes Youthfulness.' Now I remember my physical education subject in high school and college...

I personally don't like to exercise that much especially after a tiring hard day at work, I would just want to sit there day dreaming and do nothing. I would cut down my food intake if I feel the need to lose some weight. But it's not like I would skip meals or not eat anything. I would use oatmeal or non-fattening cereals to substitute a meal in a day and for other meals, I would just eat normal stuff.

Who wouldn't want to remain forever young. Yes you do look young and handsome. Is exercising your secret to look young? Well some people look younger than their age. It is always those happy go lucky guys who remain young forever at heart. When you are always young at heart you outlook will also appear young.
